This Week In Xbox: Start Your Engines

Forza 3 goes gold, demo this month
Microsoft has announced that Forza 3 has gone gold and is ready for its October launch. A demo will also be arriving on September 24th that will allow players to try one of the tracks from the game and five cars. Forza will be going up against the impressive Need for Speed Shift this year and possibly GT5 if pre-TGS stories turn out to be true.

ZUNE HD to play games
It's very possible that the ZUNE HD will have support for games and apps when it launches this year. A short ad on buy.com shows the new ZUNE playing a racing game and the ad also states that it plays games. There has been no official comment from Microsoft but we could at last see a portable partner for the Xbox.

ODST live action
A short live action trailer has arrived this week for Halo 3 ODST. It's very impressive for a short ad and makes us wonder just how far away a proper Halo movie really can be as this is not the first time Microsoft have used live action to promote the series. Check it out at the link below.
